By using BesaStay, you accept these terms and the related platform policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. BesaStay’s role

BesaStay is an intermediary marketplace connecting guests and hosts. BesaStay is not the owner, operator, or manager of listed properties unless explicitly stated.

3. User accounts

Users are responsible for accurate account information, password security, and activity on their account.

4. Property listings

Hosts are responsible for accurate titles, descriptions, prices, photos, rules, safety details, availability, and the legal right to list the property.

5. Bookings

Guests may request bookings or use instant booking when enabled. A reservation is confirmed when accepted by the host or when instant booking is completed.

6. Payments and commissions

The current model is manual payment and manual commission tracking. Guests and hosts may coordinate payment directly, while hosts owe BesaStay commission for bookings made through the platform. BesaStay may generate commission invoices.

7. Communication

Chat must be used respectfully. Fraud, harassment, spam, illegal content, and attempts to avoid platform rules are prohibited.

8. Verifications

Verification badges are trust signals, but they are not an absolute guarantee of identity, conduct, or service quality.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations are handled according to the property cancellation policy and BesaStay platform rules.

10. Reviews

Reviews are allowed after completed stays and must be honest, respectful, and based on a real experience.

11. Reports and support

Users may open support tickets for booking, payment, listing, safety, host, guest, commission, or technical issues.

12. Responsibility

BesaStay is not responsible for host or guest actions beyond what the law requires. Users must act legally and responsibly.

13. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo unless mandatory law says otherwise.
