Include booking details, property, dates, description, evidence/photos if available, and relevant messages.
4. Request statuses
Statuses include open, in review, waiting for user, resolved, and closed.
5. Responses
BesaStay aims to respond within a reasonable time. Urgent safety issues may be prioritized.
6. Limits
BesaStay may help mediate but does not guarantee refunds or compensation, especially where payment was made directly between guest and host.
7. Abuse
False, abusive, threatening, or spam requests may lead to account restrictions.
