The support center helps with platform, booking, listing, payment/commission, safety, and technical issues.

2. When to open a request

You may open a request for a booking issue, payment issue, inaccurate listing, safety concern, host or guest issue, cancellation issue, invoice/commission issue, technical issue, or other matter.

3. What to include

Include booking details, property, dates, description, evidence/photos if available, and relevant messages.

4. Request statuses

Statuses include open, in review, waiting for user, resolved, and closed.

5. Responses

BesaStay aims to respond within a reasonable time. Urgent safety issues may be prioritized.

6. Limits

BesaStay may help mediate but does not guarantee refunds or compensation, especially where payment was made directly between guest and host.

7. Abuse

False, abusive, threatening, or spam requests may lead to account restrictions.
